Meet the Staff
Anne Silverman BSN, RN
Vice-President / Controller
Anne has been an integral part of the Silverman Ankle & Foot team since its inception in July of 2005. She received her Bachelors in Nursing from Michigan State University and has been a licensed Registered Nurse since 1997. After working in the ICU of two major trauma centers, Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, she opted to stay home during her children's formative years. She was thrilled to team up with her husband and to open Silverman Ankle & Foot. Together they achieve their goals of delivering individualized, specialized, and superior patient care. Anne wears many hats, including bookkeeping and general office management, as well as working with patients who have special needs or concerns. Although you will often see her in the office with a child or two by her side, she will always find time to respond to your questions and concerns in a warm, professional and friendly manner. Anne feels blessed to be able to work from home so she can be with her three children. On the side she enjoys running, antiquing and decorating.
Jane Youngman joined the Silverman staff in 2007. She has worked in Orthopedics for over 25 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Jane performs a wide variety of duties in our office. She really enjoys working with our patients and assisting them over the phone with their questions. Jane and her husband live in Savage and have three children. Her two oldest attend the University of Minnesota and her youngest child is in elementary school. Jane is very involved in school and church, and also does volunteer work for The Children's Cancer Foundation. In her spare time Jane enjoys walking and watching her children play sports. She also enjoys playing the violin and piano. You may be surprised to know she is a 1st degree black belt in Karate... so watch out!
Dawn Drewes, RT(R)
Dawn Drewes joined the Silverman team in the fall of 2006, after having spent the previous eight years at home with her three children. She has quickly become a valuable part of the office. As a Radiologic Technologist, RT(R) by education and a member of the American Society of Radiological Technologists and American Registry of Radiological Technologists, Dawn brings a wealth of experience to her job. During ten years at United Hospital, she worked everywhere from Labor & Delivery to the Emergency Room. Dawn also worked at another orthopedic office for seven years. In our office, you will find her staying a step ahead of the needs for each patient. And you might even see her taking an X-ray now and then. She always has a smile for our patients and takes the time to make them feel at home. Dawn and her husband live in Savage with their three children. She enjoys scrapbooking and sewing, as well as a good round of golf with her husband.
