HOW TO BEST PREPARE FOR YOUR CLINIC VISIT

At Silverman Ankle & Foot we understand the tedious nature of completing paperwork in the office. To improve the experience of your visit, please complete the patient intake documents prior to your first appointment at the clinic.
 
In order to best serve you, please bring all of your previous X-Ray, MRI and CT scan films as well as the available radiologist reports, pathology reports and previous operative dictations.
