High heels are fashionable foot options, but they also take a significant toll on a person’s feet. Excessive heel wearing can create problems for different parts of your feet, as well as in your hips and spine.
The American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons recently put together an infographic that takes a closer look at high heels and the damage excessive heal wearing can have on your feet.
